6 Week Transformation Challenge - Coming January 2024


I help my client’s burn fat, tone up their arms, legs, butt and tighten their abs all the time.

It's what I have been doing as Personal Trainer for over 30 years - and I LOVE it.

Like most fitness experts, I’m kind of a scientist in a way.  

 

We like to experiment and research with different styles of workouts to see how we can deliver faster fat loss and body toning results.

I've been known to try many different training and nutrition plans in search of the perfect fitness and fat loss solution.

 

In fact my regular clients are often at times my guinea pigs, but they don't mind because they benefit from all of the experimenting.

My best ‘fast results’ programme has always been my transformation challenge.

This programme sells out every time I make it available.

If you've ever seen the before and after pictures from then, you know how quickly the results can come because of the type of training we do and the nutritional tips we give.

My programme is known for burning twice the fat in half the time – which means you not only burn more calories and fat, but you can actually workout LESS and have time to do other things you enjoy!

How does it work?

First off, the programme consists of you working out with me, 1-3 x per week for 6 weeks.

The workouts will be fun, high energy, and challenging.

 

We also make sure that you enter ‘after burn’. This is when you still have an elevated metabolism for a period of up to 48 hours or so even after your workout, which means more fat burning effect then just your typical

run-of-the-mill workout.

The type of training we do together is what's going to put your body into

‘after burn’ and that's the secret to faster results in a lot less time.

So like I said... better workouts + motivation = faster results.

When does it start?

The Transformation Challenge begins Thursday 4th January and will finish on Saturday 10th February 2024.

 

I have a feeling it's going to be even more popular than previous transformation challenges which sold out in a few days.

 

In total it will include 17 outdoor fitness classes

 

They are Monday @ 8pm, Thursday @ 8pm, Saturday @ 08:15am

What does this 6 week toning, fat melting programme cost?

This is the best part as the entire programme is priced so it can fit almost any budget.

At only £136 for the 6 week course.  It is money well spent and an incredible saving off the usual price!

What does it include?

 

  • 17 classes

 

  • Monitoring of weight and body fat. (Let me know when you would like your measurements taken).

 

  • Ideas for food which include delicious homemade soups, perfect for the time of year.
