Not Quite Four Weeks Of Fitness!

Our next boot camp course will include 15 x 45 minute outdoor fitness sessions.

If you haven't taken part in our classes before, this will give you a taste of how much more fun outdoor fitness training can be.

Training on a regular basis helps improve your ability to do everyday activities, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles and improve your brain health.

 

Outdoor exercise is much better for you than training in a crowded gym.  Stress is relieved within minutes of exposure to nature.  You will be happier, your self-esteem will improve and your vitamin D levels will go up. 

The start date is Monday 13th March, with the last session being Thursday 6th April 2023

The sessions will include:

Monday @ 8pm

Wednesday @ 06:30am

Thursday @ 8pm

Saturday @ 08:15am
