I offer personal coaching sessions in East Berkshire and will develop a personal training plan to meet your needs and work with you to motivate you and ensure you meet your fitness goals.  Whether you want to lose weight or get in shape for an event, we can devise a programme that meets your objectives. You can train in my private gym, at your house or in the great outdoors.

Buddy Training

 

Want to get in shape with a friend?  Why not sign up for 'Buddy Training' with a friend. Buddy training is a great way to maintain your fitness training as you and your buddy will motivate each other during training and throughout the week.

 

Whether you are getting in shape for summer together or you are looking to vary your exercise programme with new ideas, I will work with you and your buddy to design a fitness routine which challenges you and helps you to get fit and stay in shape.

Boot Camp Training

 

Whether you have signed up for an early morning fitness camp to get in shape or an evening training session to shed a few pounds, you will love our boot camp.

A quick hello to those that have arrived before you and you are set off on a warm up.  After some dynamic stretches, the real training can begin. Shuttle runs, walking lunges, squats, thruster, goblet squat, battling rope, star jumps, jumping jacks (yes, they are different)! and everyone's favourite exercise 'BURPEES'.

 

At Bracknell Bootcamps, I have helped hundreds of happy customers to meet their fitness goals and many have made great friends during our varied exercise programme.
