Exercise isn't for everyone, so if you have taken part in any form of circuit training or boot camp before and know you don't enjoy it, you are probably better off looking at other ways to get fit.
If you like exercise and feel you need help, then our classes, advice and existing boot campers will help you achieve your goals.
Weight Loss/Fat Loss
If weight loss is your goal, I can confidently say that on a 3 week introductory course like this, you can lose 7lbs or more in weight. This will certainly give you the motivation to continue with us and lose more weight, however is that really your goal?
